Mortgage and real estate advisor focused on informed homeownership, long-term financial stability, and wealth-building decisions.
Adam built Casas Equity around a simple belief: a home purchase should make sense financially, not just emotionally. The mortgage, monthly payment, cash reserves, property costs, equity position, and future plans should all work together.
His background spans business leadership, marketing and advertising, mortgage lending, California real estate, and more than 24 years of military service in the United States Marine Corps. Adam is also an Iraq War veteran. That experience shapes a disciplined, service-oriented approach to helping clients understand major financial decisions before they commit to them.
Before building this advisory model, Adam also served as a vice president for a marketing and advertising firm, adding executive leadership and customer-strategy experience to his broader business background.
Adam holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and maintains California mortgage and real estate licensing. His goal is to help clients make housing decisions that support both today's needs and tomorrow's financial position.
