Casas Equity, operated by Casas Equity, Inc., separates requested informational texts, ongoing customer-service messaging, and marketing/promotional messaging. One type of permission does not automatically create another.

1 · Requested informational SMS

A specific text you asked us to send.

Examples include a calculator result, application link, requested resource, or other information you specifically ask to receive by text. Permission is limited to the requested message or immediate fulfillment of that request.

This does not enroll you in recurring marketing.

2 · Ongoing customer-service SMS

Optional service and coordination texts.

When available, a separate unchecked opt-in may authorize application or status updates, appointment coordination, document reminders, callbacks, requested links, or similar customer-service communications.

Service-message consent is optional and separate from marketing.

3 · Marketing / promotional SMS

A separate recurring marketing opt-in.

Marketing messages may include mortgage, homebuying, refinance, real-estate, educational, or promotional information. Marketing consent uses a separate unchecked control and is never required to receive requested information or services.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.

Message frequency

Requested informational messages are limited to the request being fulfilled. Ongoing service or marketing message frequency varies based on the communication program and the user's activity or preferences.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile plan and carrier.

STOP

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Additional recognized carrier opt-out keywords may also be honored by the messaging provider.

Reply HELP for help or use the website contact page for assistance.

Carrier delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network and carrier availability.

Consent records

We may retain consent evidence such as the phone number, consent scope, method, source, script/version, date/time, page, session, and technical request metadata.

Important privacy boundary

Mobile opt-in information is not transferred for third-party marketing.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text-message consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any separate out-of-state lead-sharing authorization does not transfer SMS consent and does not authorize another party to text you.
