Casas Equity currently focuses its direct mortgage and real estate services on California. Visitors interested in property or financing outside California may still submit an inquiry.

If you affirmatively select the optional lead-sharing authorization, Casas Equity, Inc. may share, transfer, or sell the contact information and general inquiry you submit to one or more independent licensed mortgage and/or real estate professionals who may contact you regarding your request.

Those professionals are independent from Casas Equity. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee that a professional will accept or respond to the lead, and Casas Equity does not promise or guarantee the products, services, pricing, licensing status, performance, or conduct of an independent professional.

Lead-sharing authorization is optional and is separate from the consent allowing Casas Equity to respond to your original inquiry. If you do not authorize lead sharing, your out-of-state inquiry will not be placed into the third-party lead-sharing inventory under this workflow.
