These terms apply to Casas Equity, operated by Casas Equity, Inc..
Educational use
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a commitment to lend, mortgage approval, underwriting decision, rate lock, legal advice, tax advice, appraisal, or guarantee of a transaction outcome.
Mortgage estimates and calculators
Calculators, examples, scenarios, payment estimates, amortization results, rent-versus-buy comparisons, and refinance analyses are illustrative only. Actual terms depend on the borrower, property, market, lender, loan program, documentation, and formal review.
AI tools
AI-assisted tools may provide general mortgage education, answer common questions, and help route requests. AI responses should not be treated as final lending, underwriting, legal, tax, or real-estate determinations.
No secure application through ordinary chat or forms
Users should not provide Social Security numbers, account passwords, bank credentials, or other sensitive application information through ordinary website chat, calculator-sharing fields, or general contact fields.
Requested informational SMS
When a user specifically requests a text, such as a calculator result, requested link, or information, and affirmatively provides the applicable SMS permission, Casas Equity may send the message requested. That permission is limited to fulfilling the request and does not by itself authorize recurring marketing messages.
Ongoing customer-service SMS
When offered, ongoing service or coordination texts use a separate opt-in. These may include application or status updates, appointment coordination, document reminders, requested links, callbacks, or similar customer-service communications. Message frequency varies.
Marketing and promotional SMS
Recurring marketing or promotional SMS requires a separate, affirmative opt-in. Marketing consent is optional, is not bundled into requested-message consent, and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving products or services.
SMS charges, STOP, and HELP
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by program. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt-in privacy
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text-message consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Separate out-of-state lead-sharing authorization does not transfer SMS consent.
Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on third-party hosting, database, communication, analytics, mortgage, or service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
Changes
Casas Equity may update website content, features, disclosures, communication programs, or these terms as the platform and applicable requirements evolve.
